Welcome to Regucore (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website rental services. By subscribing to our services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Overview
   Regucore provides fully operational, high-ranking local websites tailored for businesses, such as dog bite lawyers.
   We replace placeholder content with the Client’s business information and optimize the website for search engines.
   We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or clients, only that we will actively work to improve rankings and visibility.
   The Client may publish blogs and edit certain sections of the website.
2. Subscription Plans and Payment
   The Client can subscribe to a 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year rental plan.
   Payments must be made upfront and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
   Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
   Non-Payment: If payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, the website will revert to placeholder content, and access will be revoked.
3. Limitations and Disclaimers
   No Guaranteed Leads or Revenue: We do not promise a specific number of leads or revenue generation.
   SEO Performance May Vary: Search engine rankings fluctuate due to algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions.
   Client Responsibility for Lead Conversion: We are not responsible for how the Client handles leads or whether they result in paying customers.
   Service Availability: The website may experience occasional downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
4. Client Responsibilities
   The Client must provide accurate business information for website customization.
   The Client is responsible for updating their business details as needed.
   All content uploaded by the Client (e.g., blog posts) must comply with local laws and must not contain illegal, offensive, or prohibited material.
5. Website Ownership & Access
   Regucore retains full ownership of all rented websites, including design, code, and SEO enhancements.
   The Client is renting access to the website for the duration of their subscription.
   The Client may not copy, modify, resell, or claim ownership of the website.
6. Termination & Cancellation
   By Regucore: We reserve the right to terminate service if the Client violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.
   By the Client: The Client may cancel their subscription before renewal. No refunds will be issued for early termination.
   Upon Termination: The website will revert to placeholder content, and the Client’s access will be revoked.
7. Indemnification
   The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Regucore harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented website or any Client-provided content.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regucore’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client during their subscription period.
9. Data Privacy & Compliance
   Regucore complies with applicable GDPR and CCPA privacy laws.
   The Client’s business data is used only for the purpose of website customization and lead generation.
   The Client is responsible for ensuring that any customer data collected through the website complies with relevant privacy laws.

10. Dispute Resolution
11. Arbitration
    All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Slovenian Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Slovenia and be conducted in Slovene.
12. Jurisdiction
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
13. Small Claims Exception
    Disputes involving amounts under €4.000 may be resolved in small claims court in Slovenia.
14. Modifications to Terms
    Regucore reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
    Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notification.
    Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
